Sylvia Valadez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as the Manager of Clinical Quality at Hims & Hers. She assists with clinical quality, performance and process improvement. 

With over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, operations and leadership in healthcare, she has a passion for accessible, quality healthcare that makes a positive impact on people’s lives. 

Originally from El Paso, Texas, Ms. Valadez received her master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso with a focus on Community Health Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner specialty.
