Welcome to your hair regrowth journey with Hers. Let's break down what you can expect from your treatment and how we’ll support you along the way.

About your treatment

Once you receive your package from Hers, you can use your treatment on day one. Keep in mind that during the first 1-3 months, you may notice some increased shedding. This is because your treatment stimulates hair follicles to enter the growing phase, causing some older hairs to fall out and be replaced with newer, stronger strands. In other words, the treatment is working its magic. Around week two, we’ll check in with you to make sure that everything is going smoothly and that your treatment is a good fit.

During months 3-6, you should notice a slowdown in hair loss and some new growth starting. Stay consistent with your treatment to keep the results coming. Sometimes it can take six months or longer to recognize significant results. Pro-tip: take photos starting week one to keep track of your progress.

Check-in and personalized treatment

When it’s time for your check-in during week two of your treatment, we'll drop a link in your email or you can access your check-in from the Care tab in the app. In your check-in, you'll answer a few quick questions about your experience and progress. You can expect questions about:

  • How your treatment is progressing

  • If you’re experiencing any side effects

That is usually all we need to know. If anything else comes up, your Care Team will ask for more details. Check-ins are key because they help to make sure your treatment is providing you with the best regrowth results.
