There are plenty of generic prescription drugs that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved for people struggling with high BMI (body mass index), obesity, or other weight-related health conditions. Medications such as Ozempic® (semaglutide), Wegovy® (semaglutide), Rybelsus® (semaglutide), Mounjaro® (tirzepatide), Zepbound® (tirzepatide), Saxenda® (liraglutide), IMCIVREE® (setmelanotide), Qsymia® (phentermine-topiramate), Adipex-P® (phentermine), Lomaira® (phentermine), Alli® (orlistat), Xenical® (orlistat), Contrave® (naltrexone-bupropion), as well as other medications like antidepressants prescribed off-label.
