Press out a precisely dosed amount of cream and spread it over your face at night as directed by your provider. Because this is a prescription-strength cream, the skin has to grow accustomed to it. Typically, it's suggested to use the prescribed dose of cream every 2nd or 3rd night to build tolerance and increase as your provider recommends. Wash your face before applying this cream, and moisturize after applying it.

Do not use this medication if you are allergic to tretinoin, niacinamide, or azelaic acid. Common side effects of the Anti-Aging Cream (which often go away with time and daily use) include: irritation, itching, redness, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging, and increased sensitivity to the sun.

You should avoid other products known to cause skin irritation such as medicated or abrasive soaps, chemical hair removers or waxes, electrolysis, products with alcohol or astringents, and cosmetics with a strong drying effect. Stop using the Anti-Aging Cream if you become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
